The Buena Park Redevelopment Sign was built in 1999 and stood 109' - 6" tall. You could see downtown Los Angeles from the top of this sign in Orange County. It had a 16' x 26' 50mm digital (first digital on the 5 Freeway). In 2016 we will permit it as an off-premise sign and will reducing the height to 86' - 10", installing a massive 25 x 48' digital and renaming it the Buena Park Landmark Message Center.me
THE CONCEPT
To create a modern contemporary design and incorporate the largest State approved off-premise digital display at 1,200 square feet. To simplify the advertising copy by removing the 6'*40' trivision, the 14x48' trivision and the 50mm 16'*26' digital display.
Per the Development Agreement, The City will be alloted enough time to advertising various
City activities.
