This rendering is just one concept that is based on the landmark median sign that was located at Foothill Blvd and Azusa. This same design was used at the City sign located at City Hall.

Rotation & Luminosity

The State law dOC!i 1101 allow message to rotate faster than every 4 seconds. Bus. & Prof. Code, Section 5405(d)(I) Industry standard is to run eight advertising sspots running 8 seconds each for a 64 second loop. However, to help some local advertisers or ones that want to be creative, we do sometimes split the 8 second spot into two 4 second spots.

Bulletin Displays will adhere to the Outdoor Advertising Association of America's (OAAA) luminosity policy of not having the digital brighter than 3 footcandles above ambient light. A 100 watt light bulb at 100 feet is 170 footcandle. Most cities codify this OAAAA policy.
