Mark A. Kudler
President
Mark Kudler is the President of Bulletin Displays, LLC. Bulletin Displays is one of the leading outdoor advertising companies in the Los Angeles DMA (designated marketing area). Mark has become the third generation in his family to be in the sign business. Mark specializes in working with landlords and with local governmental agencies in determining how best to utilize outdoor advertising. Mark has worked with various local agencies in removing signs, relocating signs, and in developing programs that generate revenue for those agencies. Mark personally designs all of the landmark message centers built by Bulletin Displays.
Mark is the past President for the California State Outdoor Advertising Association and has been on the Board of Directors for about 30 years. Mark has continuously served on many of their committees, such as the Legislative Committee and the Public Service Announcement (PSA) Committee which he founded.
Nicole Pelfrey
Vice-President of REAL ESTATE
Nicole Pelfrey has become the 4th generation in her family to be in the sign business. Nicole is the Niece to Mark Kudler, the Granddaughter to Robert Kudler, and the Great Granddaughter to Moe Kudler. Nicole is the Vice President of Real Estate for Bulletin Displays. She enjoys specializing in Land Leasing and managing the real estate for all of the billboards of Bulletin Displays. Additionally, Nicole manages the acquisitions of billboard easements and real estate purchases.
Nicole started her career in the legal field working primarily in civil litigation. Nicole specialized in evictions and judgment recovery for landlords throughout Southern California. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement.
Outside of work, Nicole loves dogs and enjoys hiking, traveling, and snowboarding. Nicole likes to give back to her community and has previously served as the Vice President of her HOA and has participated in various community trash-cleanups for Los Angeles County.
Scott F. Rainey
Vice-President of Sales
Scott is an industry veteran who started his career at Clear Channel in the SF Bay Area. He has led sales teams at Mypoints.com (division of United Airlines), Clear Channel, and other media organizations. Scott is highly skilled at integrated print and digital marketing solutions with many years of experience in Out of Home advertising. After college he was drafted by the SF Giants and played 6 years of professional baseball. He loves college football, music, and is a proud father to his daughter Macie Alexandra.
Bob Jansen
National Director of Sales
With 28 years of OOH Media Experience, Bob has generated over $150 Mill in OOH media sales across a variety of formats. A dog lover, and huge sports fan. Tailgating is his nirvana.
Stephenie Hammitt
SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Stephenie brings 8 years of Out of Home Advertising sales having worked at Outfront Media to our BD Team. Born & raised in Los Angeles she loves all things outdoor especially hiking & beach life. She has a love of travel and can’t wait for her next adventure!
Victor R. Gomez
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Victor brings his experience gained in his many years serving as Planning Commissioner for the City of Lynwood and later as Director of development and leasing for Plaza Mexico Shopping Center. Joining Bulletin Displays in 2009, Victor transitioned from the sales force to operations, thus helping in the company growth.
Victor loves to give back to the community by volunteering in different organizations. As the 2010-11 President of the Lynwood Rotary, he helped organizing events to help the youth and the community in need. As a soccer enthusiast, Victor not only plays, but also volunteers as a head coach and serves as one of the league board members in the youth soccer programs in La Mirada, CA.
Pete Ky

Since joining Bulletin Displays in 2012 Pete has overseen all financial and accounting work; from handing collections, expenses and all tax preparations for the company. Pete works hard to build a long-term relationship with our direct clients and advertising agencies.
Melissa Ky
accountiNG ASSISTANT
Melissa Ky has been with the company for over 7 years. In addition to generating sales reports for the company, she works with clients on billing questions, performs account reconciliations, and processes payments and invoices.
Cori Todd
account planner & social media
A year and counting Cori has been our account planner! Her job is to handle PSA/Political campaigns, inputting data into the CRM, and now handles our social media accounts. No matter the problem, she tries to fix it!

OUR DIGITAL TEAM
BULLETIN DISPLAY's Digital team consists of David Moneymaker (real name lol), Payton Kooi, and Audra Kooi. BD owns a proprietary inventory management and programmatic software solution that is the engine behind Bulletin Displays digital inventory. BD can work with client's RSS feeds and can integrate into their tech stack for greater efficiencies if needed. Our Digital units represent 100% freeway coverage and clients can purchase time on our network by daypart.
