Bulletin Displays, LLC is a third generation sign company. Robert Kudler is the designer and builder of many of the roof structure signs and freeway bulletins still standing in Los Angeles County.

Bulletin Displays, LLC is one of the larger outdoor companies in Los Angeles and 90% of our inventory is where you most want to be . . . on freeways! Our units can be "permed" long term or utilized in shorter term rotary programs. Our inventory has grown significantly over the years, and the future promises even more exciting opportunities.

Bulletin Displays offers freeway coverage at the best rates guaranteed. Our combined bulletins have an average Daily Effective Circulation of 127,000. We deliver up to 4.8 million impression per month per bulletin. All this, on prime Los Angeles area freeways.

OFFICERS BIO

Robert Kudler, Chairman of the Board

Robert Kudler has been a successful business owner for over forty years. Mr. Kudler has been the owner and president of Kudco Diversified, Inc. and of its divisions: General Neon & Plastic Sign Company and Don Mark Advertising.

Mr. Kudler began his career working at Advanced Neon. Advanced Neon was founded by his father, Moe Kudler, and was one of the largest sign shops on the west coast. Advanced Neon’s client list included such companies as Pep Boys and K Mart. Advanced Neon built a majority of the poster panels in Southern California. In 1961 Mr. Robert Kudler decided to start Kudco Diversified, Inc.. During his career, he built almost one-half of the billboards which exist in Southern California and a good number of them in Nevada. Mr. Kudler’s companies also constructed tens of thousands of on-premise signs and have such prestigious clients as Travelers Inn and Standard Brand Paints. Mr. Kudler’s sign companies were also the companies responsible for building all of the Toyota, Hyundai and Las Vegas neon letters which are commonly seen on billboards. He has also done such special effects for Kodak (i.e. a cherry pie dripping over the edge of the catwalk and being mopped up by a maid sculpture) and for Smirnoff (i.e. a burning Olympic Torch).

Because Mr. Kudler has always valued construction safety above cost, he has the reputation as being the safest builder in the business. If you ask anybody in the sign industry today, the name Kudler is associated with quality construction, innovation, hard work and honesty.

Mark A Kudler, President

In 1990 Mark A. Kudler completed his gradate studies. Mark has a law degree, Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Economics and Psychology. In 1992 Mark went to work for Bulletin Displays and became President of Bulletin Displays, LLC in 1999.

Mark specializes in working with landlords and with local governmental agencies in determining how best to utilize outdoor advertising. Mark has worked with various local agencies in removing signs, relocating signs and in developing programs that generate revenue for those agencies. Mark currently is a Board Member for the California State Outdoor Advertising Association and a Committee Member on several of their committees, such as the Pubic Service Announcement (PSA) Committee.
